Welcome to Kerala Traveller Rental. By booking our taxi, cab, or tempo traveller services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
Booking & Payment Policy
1.Advance payment is mandatory for booking cabs and tempo travellers.
2.The balance amount must be paid to the driver in installments, as and when required during the trip.
3 Toll and parking Including one-time one place, a return visit to the same place will be charged the toll and parking extra from the Customer
4 Shopping Center and Shopping Mall – Parking Charge will be Charged additional.[ This place has parking Per Hour based. ]
Important Note
When you book a vehicle with us, it is reserved exclusively for you on the specified date, and we decline other bookings for that vehicle. Therefore, if you cancel the booking for any reason, the advance booking amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.The booking amount becomes non-refundable after three (3) calendar days from the date of booking.
2.If you cancel the booking after three calendar days, you will not be eligible for any refund.
3.If you reduce the number of travel days or change tour destinations after arrival, vehicle charges will not be reduced or adjusted, and no refund will be issued.
4.The full trip amount must be paid as per the booking voucher.
Tempo Traveller – Important Information
In places like Fort Kochi, hotels do not provide any facilities for drivers, so the vehicle and driver return to our Cochin garage, and that kilometer is included in your trip kilometer.
Important Notice
If you are hiring a Tempo Traveller for a Kerala tour please avoid booking hotels or resorts near Kovalam Lighthouse Beach Varkala North Cliff, Varkala Beach These areas have narrow and steep roads where Tempo Travellers cannot access. Pickup and drop services will be provided only from the nearest accessible main road. In such situations, guests may be required to arrange suitable local transportation for the final access to the accommodation. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify property accessibility before confirming the booking
While visiting beaches, please carry an extra pair of clothes.Passengers wearing wet clothes after sea bathing are not permitted inside the vehicle under any circumstances. There will be no compromise on this rule. Kindly cooperate.
Toll and parking Including one-time one place, a return visit to the same place will be charged the toll and parking extra from the Customer
AC & Vehicle Conditions
1. Air conditioning will function only while the vehicle is running.
2. AC will not operate when the vehicle is parked. If the vehicle is not in good condition at the time of pickup, please inform the company before starting the trip. We will arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
3. Any damage to vehicle seats, interiors, or fittings caused by passengers will be charged to the passengers.
Kerala Tourism Taxi Driver’s Normal Sight Seeing Duty Time will only be from 08:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. [ this time limit only for Sightseeing days ] and before 08 AM Or After 09 PM., We will be charged an additional Driver bata for Per Hour of 300 Rupee. [ We are Not Charged any Additional driver bata for Early Morning airport / Railway station Pickup ]
At the time of Resort / Hotel Booking, please ensure vehicle parking washroom facilities for the driver The vehicle parking and driver washroom, are the customer’s responsibility. if not available they will park the vehicle at the nearest Pay and Parking area and the parking expense Additionally will be charged.
